What to expect from the first call
Most clients come in with a list of things they want to fix. The first conversation is about finding the one problem worth starting with: the one that delivers the clearest value in the shortest time.
30 minutes, no prep needed. Tell Andy what’s not working. No agenda to fill in beforehand.
An honest read, not a pitch. If there’s not a clear problem worth solving right now, Andy will say so. No pressure to proceed.
A rough sense of scope and cost. By the end you’ll have a clear idea of what a first project might look like and what it might cost.
Next steps that suit you. Whether that’s a scoping session, a design doc, or just thinking it over, you’re in control of the pace.
