Where on the Sunshine Coast are you based?

We’re a family business based in Currimundi. We work face to face with clients across the Coast: Caloundra, Maroochydore, Noosa, Maleny. We cover Brisbane regularly too. If you’re within an hour, we’ll come to you.

Do you offer IT support, or just AI and automation?

Our specialty is AI and workflow automation, not break fix IT support. We build the systems that connect your tools (CRM, accounting, job management, communication) and remove manual admin work. If you need traditional IT support, we can refer you to trusted Coast partners.

How much does a typical project cost?

Single small workflows run $1,000 to $5,000. Multi system automation runs $15,000 to $35,000. Full custom AI builds run from $25,000. Our pricing is the same on the Coast as it would be in Brisbane. No regional premium, no city CBD overhead either.

Can you actually come to our office for meetings?

Yes. That’s a deliberate part of how we work. Discovery workshops, kick offs, and major review meetings happen face to face. Day to day project work runs on Slack and short video calls. We don’t waste your team’s time on travel either.

What size businesses do you work with?

Most clients are 10 to 50 person businesses doing $2M to $10M in revenue. Below that, we usually recommend off the shelf tools. The honest test: if admin friction is costing you 10+ hours a week, automation is likely worth your time.

How quickly can you start?

Discovery chats book the same week. Most projects kick off two to four weeks after the initial conversation. Single workflow builds deliver within one to two weeks of kickoff. Larger builds run four to eight weeks.
