Your phone, answered. Every call, even the 2am ones.
An AI receptionist that picks up in two rings, sounds like a helpful Australian, books the job and sends you the details. Built for your business, trained on your real calls, live in about 14 days.
Don’t take our word for it. Ring it.
The fastest way to judge an AI receptionist is to talk to one. Call ours, have it call you, or play the recordings of it working real scenarios. No form-filling, no sales call.
Call our receptionist. She’ll answer.
This is the real thing, answering our actual phone. Ask what we do, ask the price, tell her about your business, or book a chat with Andy. Judge it the way your customers would.
0485 023 702We’ll call you in 30 seconds
Pop in your name and mobile. Our receptionist rings you back, so you hear exactly what your customers would.
Missed call on the tools
The plumber is on a job. A customer rings with no hot water. The receptionist books tomorrow’s first window, takes the details and answers the price question straight.
After-hours medical enquiry
A runner with a sore knee calls a physio clinic at 9pm. The receptionist answers the common questions and books her in for the next morning.
Open home enquiry
A buyer rings about a listing on Saturday morning. The receptionist confirms the open home, answers the property questions and captures their details for the agent.
Every build gets its own voice and script. What you hear above is our setup. Yours is trained on your services, your prices, your suburbs and recordings of your real calls.
Everything a good receptionist does, minus the sick days
It is not a voicemail with better manners. It holds a real conversation, does the admin on the spot, and knows when to get a human.
Answers every call
Picks up in two rings, day or night. Greets callers by your business name, in your tone, and never puts anyone on hold.
Books jobs and appointments
Checks your live calendar and books straight into it. Confirms by SMS or email, so the caller and your team both know what is happening.
Captures quote requests
Collects the job details, address and photos link, then drops a tidy lead into your CRM or job system. No more scribbled notes on a ute dashboard.
Answers common questions
Opening hours, service areas, pricing guides, parking, what to bring. Trained on your answers, so it says what you would say.
Transfers urgent calls
Emergencies and VIP callers get a warm transfer to you or your on-call person. It introduces the caller before it connects them.
Takes messages that make sense
Every call ends with a summary in your inbox or job system: who called, what they wanted, what was agreed, what happens next.
Tow trucks don’t keep office hours.
A Queensland transport and recovery operator was losing after-hours work. Breakdowns happen at midnight, and a driver on a job cannot answer a second phone. Callers got voicemail, so they rang the next tow company.
We built their receptionist to answer instantly, work out where the caller is and what they are driving, and dispatch the job to the on-call driver. The operator now wins the jobs that used to go to whoever picked up first.
Every call is logged, so the owner can read the overnight summaries with his morning coffee instead of listening to voicemail.
The questions everyone asks before they buy
You have probably hung up on a bad phone bot before. Fair enough. Here is how ours is different, without the marketing gloss.
Judge it with your own ears
The voice is natural and Australian, and you pick it during the build. We do not ask you to trust us on this. The samples above are unedited, and you can ring the demo line any time. If it sounds like a robot to you, do not buy it.
It captures, escalates and learns
When a caller asks something outside its script, it says so honestly, takes the caller’s details and the question, and flags it for a human to follow up. Then we add the answer to its knowledge, so next time it handles it. The script gets sharper every week.
Warm handoff, whenever it matters
Yes. You set the rules: emergencies, big jobs, existing customers, or anyone who asks. The receptionist transfers the call to you or your team and introduces the caller first, so nobody repeats themselves.
That’s your call, and we’re honest about it
We configure disclosure to suit your industry. Some businesses want it announced up front, some prefer a simple assistant greeting. In practice, most callers just care about getting an answer at 9pm instead of a voicemail beep.
A build you own, not a seat you rent.
Plenty of apps will rent you an AI receptionist for $99 to $500 a month. For some businesses that is genuinely fine, and we will tell you if you are one of them. You sign up, pick a template voice, and type your FAQ into a form yourself.
What we sell is different. It is a custom build: a script written from recordings of your real calls, a voice chosen with you, an integration wired into your calendar or job system, and 30 days of tuning after go-live. There is a human consultancy behind it, in your time zone, who answers the phone when something needs changing.
And you own it. The script, the configuration and the phone number are yours. No platform seat that vanishes if you stop paying a subscription.
One thing we do differently to almost everyone: the running costs are on this page, and they are yours. The phone number, the voice platform and the AI usage sit in accounts set up in your name, billed to you directly by the providers at cost. We add no margin and we cannot hold your receptionist hostage. Most businesses land between $40 and $150 a month, and you will see the real figure during your pilot before go-live.
Special offer, normally $1,500, when your included connection is Google or Microsoft: Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook or Microsoft 365. Running a job system like ServiceM8, Jobber, simPRO or Pipedrive instead? Talk to Andy for a fixed written quote. All prices ex GST, agreed in writing before we start. No hourly billing, no surprises.

You can choose from a wide range of voices and tones to suit your business. Here are a few to give you an idea of what is possible.
From first chat to answering your phone in about 14 days.
Five steps, and the first one costs nothing. You hear the voice and approve the script before it ever talks to a customer.
Free scoping call
Andy walks through your call types, volumes and systems. If an AI receptionist is not the right fit, he says so on this call.
Voice and script design
We pick the voice with you and write the script from recordings of your real calls, your FAQ and your booking rules.
Pilot
You and your team ring it, try to trip it up, and we fix what wobbles. Nothing goes live until you are happy with it.
Go-live
We switch it on. Start with after-hours and overflow only, or take every call from day one. Your choice.
30-day tuning
We review real calls each week, add answers it was missing and tighten the handoff rules until it runs itself.
Built for businesses where the phone is the front door
If missed calls turn into missed money, this is for you. Here is where our builds are working today.
Trades and home services
Plumbers, sparkies, builders, towing. Books jobs while you are on the tools, and catches the 2am emergency callout the voicemail used to lose.
Hospitality
Takes bookings during the dinner rush, answers “are you open Sunday” for the hundredth time, and frees your staff to look after the room.
NDIS providers
Answers participant and family calls with patience, captures details accurately, and escalates anything sensitive to your team straight away.
Medical and allied health
Appointment bookings, reschedules and pre-visit questions handled around the clock, with clinical questions routed to your staff.
Professional services
Accountants, lawyers, brokers. New enquiries answered properly the first time, qualified, and booked into your calendar with notes.
Real estate
Open home times, inspection bookings and buyer enquiries handled on Saturday morning while your agents are at the opens.
Run something else? If it has an API or accepts a webhook, we can usually connect it. Ask on the scoping call.
When an AI receptionist is not the right fit
We would rather tell you now than after you have paid us. There are three situations where we will talk you out of it.
You already answer fine
If you get a handful of calls a day and someone reliable picks up, you do not have a problem worth $999. Keep doing what works. Come back when call volume outgrows the front desk.
Every call is a negotiation
If each call is a complex, high-stakes conversation where the deal is won or lost on the phone, a human should take it. AI can capture and qualify the lead, but it should not run your negotiations.
Callers may be in crisis
Crisis lines, urgent mental health support and genuine emergencies need trained humans, full stop. We do not build AI for those calls and we will not pretend otherwise.
Not sure which side you land on? That is exactly what the free scoping call is for. If it is a no, Andy will tell you in the first ten minutes and you keep your money.
Australian built, Australian supported, Australian answered.
We are a Queensland family business. When you call about your receptionist, a person in your time zone picks up. We are a Responsible AI Australia supporter and we build like it.
QLD family business
Hannah and Andy, based in Queensland. Same time zone, same business hours, same understanding of how Australian small business runs.
Data stays close to home
Privacy Act 1988 aware setup from day one, with call data hosted in Australia wherever the stack allows. We tell you exactly where every piece lives.
Pricing on the page
Build price range, per-call running costs and typical monthly spend, all published above. No “book a demo to find out” games.
Responsible by design
Honest disclosure options, human handoff rules, call logs you can read, and an off switch you control. Responsible AI Australia principles, applied in practice.
Straight answers to fair questions
Does it really sound human?
Listen to the samples on this page and decide for yourself. The voice is natural, Australian, and chosen with you during the build. Most callers settle into the conversation within a sentence or two, because they are getting what they rang for: an answer.
What happens when it gets a question it can’t answer?
It says so honestly, takes the caller’s name, number and question, and flags it for you or your team to follow up. Then we add the answer to its knowledge, so it handles that question itself next time. During the 30-day tuning period this happens every week, and the script gets noticeably sharper.
Will customers know they are talking to AI?
That depends on how we configure it, and the choice is yours. Some businesses want the receptionist to introduce itself as an AI assistant up front, which we recommend for regulated industries. Others prefer a simple assistant greeting. Either way, if a caller asks, it answers honestly. In our experience most callers care far more about getting help at 9pm than about who is providing it.
Can it put callers through to a real person?
Yes. You set the transfer rules: emergencies, jobs over a certain size, existing customers, or anyone who asks for a human. The receptionist does a warm handoff, meaning it introduces the caller and the reason for the call before connecting, so nobody has to repeat themselves.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
The build is $999 ex GST on our current special offer, normally $1,500, when the included connection is Google or Microsoft: Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook or Microsoft 365. That covers your script, voice and the connection, agreed in writing before we start. Connecting a job system like ServiceM8 or Pipedrive instead? Talk to Andy for a fixed written quote. After go-live you pay the running costs directly: $0.15 to $0.40 per call answered, which works out to $40 to $150 a month for most businesses. Those accounts are in your name, billed at provider cost, with no markup and no monthly fee to us.
Why pay for a build when apps charge $99 a month?
If a template receptionist off the shelf does the job for you, take it, and we will say so on the scoping call. The subscription apps give you a rented seat on their platform: template voice, self-serve setup, and everything disappears if you stop paying. Our build is custom: a script written from your real calls, integrations into your calendar and job system, 30 days of tuning, and a Queensland consultancy behind it. And you own the result.
How fast can it be live?
About 14 days from the scoping call: script and voice design in the first five days, a pilot week where you try to break it, then go-live. After that we tune it for 30 days against real calls. If your phone system needs porting or carrier changes, that can add a few days, and we flag it up front.
What systems does it work with?
ServiceM8, Jobber, simPRO, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, Twilio and ClickUp are all in production today, and webhooks cover most of the rest. If your software has an API, we can usually connect it. Ask on the scoping call and we will give you a straight yes or no.
Where does my call data go?
We set the system up with the Privacy Act 1988 in mind from day one. Call recordings and transcripts are stored in your accounts, not ours, and hosted in Australia wherever the stack allows. We document exactly where each piece of data lives and who can see it, and callers can be told calls are recorded if your industry requires it.
What if an AI receptionist is not right for my business?
Then we tell you, on the free scoping call, before any money changes hands. If your call volume is low and someone reliable already answers, or every call is a complex negotiation, or your callers may be in crisis, we will point you to a better option. Some of our best referrals started with us saying no.
Your next missed call is someone else’s customer.
Book a free 30-minute chat with Andy. He will walk through your call types, give you a fixed price on the spot if it is a fit, and tell you honestly if it is not. Or just ring the demo line first and hear it for yourself.
