30 minutes with Andy. We listen to a handful of your real call recordings and map exactly what the AI needs to handle, which calendar or CRM to integrate, and how escalations should route.
Voice + script design
We design the conversation flow, pick a voice, write the qualifying questions, and wire it into your booking system. You sign off before we build.
Pilot deployment
Live on a test number for 5 to 7 days. You hear every call. We refine the prompts together before it goes on your main line.
Go-live + 30-day tuning
Production switch-over happens whenever your team is ready (anytime before 31 December 2026). We watch the first month closely, tune what needs tuning, and hand over your dashboard.
