We’ve been burned by a tech project before. How are you different?
We hear this constantly, and it’s the right question to ask. Our approach is deliberately small-first: a tight proof-of-concept that solves one problem, so you see something working in your business before you commit to anything larger. You deal directly with Andy from first conversation through to delivery, with no junior handoffs, no account managers, no disappearing after go-live. We scope tightly, communicate clearly, and won’t start work until scope and price are agreed in writing.
What does a first project actually cost?
The first conversation is completely free. A proof-of-concept project typically costs $3,500–$8,000, scoped to solve one specific problem and demonstrate real value before you spend serious money. Larger builds are scoped in phases, always with a fixed price agreed before work begins. We’ll also flag upfront if your project could qualify for the R&D Tax Incentive, which can return up to 43.5 cents per dollar of eligible spend, effectively reducing a $50K project to around $28K.
Our systems are old and don’t have APIs. Can you still connect them?
Yes. This is one of the things we’re best at. We’ve integrated systems with no API, sitting behind firewalls, using CAPTCHAs, or requiring manual portal logins. We build custom scrapers, browser automation, and middleware layers to bridge gaps that off-the-shelf integration tools can’t touch.
Do we need to know anything about AI to work with you?
Not at all. Most of our clients are operations managers, business owners, and GMs, not technical people. You know your business and your pain points. That’s what matters. The technical decisions are ours to make and explain in plain English. No jargon, no unnecessary complexity, no assumption that you should already know how any of this works.
How long does a project take?
Proof-of-concept projects are typically delivered in 2–6 weeks. Larger builds are scoped in defined phases with clear milestones. We move fast enough to show results quickly, and careful enough to do it properly.
