Receipt + welcome email
Stripe sends your tax invoice within minutes. Andy follows up personally within one business day to introduce himself and lock in a workshop date.
Pre-workshop questionnaire
A short brief we send before the workshop so we can come prepared. Your current systems, your biggest time sinks, what you’ve already tried.
Half-day Discovery workshop
Three hours with Andy at your office or over video. We map your highest-leverage AI opportunity and pressure-test it against your actual constraints.
Costed roadmap delivered
You get a written roadmap with a prioritised AI opportunity, scope, cost estimate, and timeline. The $499 is credited toward any build you commission within 90 days.
Discovery isn’t R&D-eligible, but the build it leads to often is.
A Discovery workshop is a deductible business expense for most companies, but not R&D Tax Incentive-eligible. The custom AI build it leads to (Receptionist, OpenClaw, or otherwise) typically is, returning up to 43c per eligible dollar for businesses under $20M turnover.
