Limited offer · July and August · 4 build slots left

Stop being the bottleneck in your own business.

You did not build a company to spend three hours a day deciding which emails deserve you. OpenClaw is a custom AI agent that takes the triage, the chasing and the follow-ups off your desk. Not a chatbot. A worker with tools, guardrails and an audit trail, wired into two of your systems. Right now it is the sharpest time hack a decision maker can buy, and this round has four build slots left.

The jobs it quietly takes off your plate

Every business has coordination work that eats the owner’s week. Chasing, checking, updating, forwarding. Here is the kind of work an OpenClaw agent does, day in, day out.

@

Email triage

Reads the inbox, sorts what matters from what does not, drafts replies for your approval and files the rest. You start the day with a short list, not two hundred unread.

$

Quote follow-ups

Chases every quote you have sent. Politely, on a schedule, until there is a yes or a no. No more jobs lost because nobody followed up on Thursday.

Customer updates

Tells customers where their job is up to before they ring to ask. Pulls the status from your job system and sends the update in your words.

Chasing documents

Hunts down the missing certificate, timesheet, PO or signed form. Nudges the right person until it lands, then files it where it belongs.

Your build starts with your pain point, not ours. On the scope call we find the one job that costs you the most time, then build the agent around it. Everything it does is governed by written rules and logged, so you can see every action it took and why.

// what’s included

One fixed price. Two connections. No surprises.

A capacity is a connection point between your agent and a system you already use. Email is one. Your CRM is another. The base build includes any two, and that is enough to solve most coordination headaches properly.

We agree the scope in writing before the build starts. You get a progress update every week. When it goes live, we stay for 30 days of handover support while your team gets comfortable. And you own the lot: the prompts, the workflows, the configuration and the documentation.

Need more than two connections later? Add them one at a time, once the agent has proven itself. No bundles, no pressure.

Live in about 30 days

We build, test the guardrails with you, and go live. You get a progress update every week and 30 days of handover support after launch.

~30 days

R&D does not stop at 30 June.

Custom agent builds like OpenClaw often involve genuine experimentation: new workflows, new integrations, outcomes that are not known in advance. For eligible companies, that kind of work can qualify for the R&D Tax Incentive at up to 43.5 cents per eligible dollar. The incentive runs year round, not just at EOFY.

We supply a documentation pack with every build: what was built, what was uncertain, what was tested and what the results were. It is written for your accountant, so their job is easier and your claim is cleaner.

This is general guidance, not tax advice. Eligibility depends on your structure, turnover and the nature of the work. Talk to your accountant before relying on any incentive in your numbers.
// illustrative only
What the incentive can mean

For an eligible company, if the full $2,500 qualified as eligible R&D spend, the incentive could return up to $1,087, bringing the net cost to around $1,413.

That is an illustration, not a promise. Your accountant confirms what applies to you, and our documentation pack gives them what they need to do it.

30
days of handover support

Fixed scope in writing. Then 30 days at your side.

The scope is agreed in writing before the build starts. If the agent does not do what we agreed, we keep working at no extra charge until it does. After go-live, you get 30 days of handover support while your team settles in.

  • Fixed scope, agreed in writing before we start
  • Weekly progress updates during the build
  • 30-day handover support after go-live
  • Full refund if we cannot build it, told at the scope call
  • You own everything we build
  • Tax invoice issued on payment

Straight answers to fair questions

What counts as a capacity?
A capacity is one connection point between your agent and a system you already use. Email is one. Your CRM is another. So are your calendar or diary, phone and SMS, accounting software such as Xero or MYOB, job or project management software, and your document store. The base build includes any two.
What if I need three capacities?
Add a third for $650 ex GST. We can add it during the build or any time after go-live. Most owners start with two, run the agent for a few weeks, and then decide whether a third connection earns its keep.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers questions when you ask them. An OpenClaw agent does jobs without being asked. It has tools to act inside your systems, written rules on what it can and cannot do, and a log of every action it takes. You do not sit there prompting it. It works to a schedule, to your rules, on your systems.
What systems can it connect to?
The common ones: Gmail and Outlook for email, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho for CRM, Google and Outlook calendars, Xero and MYOB for accounting, and most job management tools with an API, such as ServiceM8, simPRO or Tradify. If you run something unusual, tell us on the scope call. If we cannot connect a system you need, we say so at that call and refund you in full.
What happens if it gets something wrong?
Guardrails are part of every build, not an extra. The agent works to written rules: what it can send on its own, what needs your approval first, and what it must never touch. Anything outside the rules is queued for a human. Every action is logged with a timestamp, so you can see exactly what it did and why. During the handover month we tune the rules until you are comfortable.
How long does the build take?
About 30 days from the scope call, with a progress update every week. Simple builds sometimes land earlier. If your systems need extra access approvals from a vendor or IT provider, that can add time, and we flag it at the scope call rather than mid-build.
Do I own it?
Yes. The prompts, the workflows, the configuration and the documentation are yours. The agent runs on your accounts and your credentials, not ours. If we part ways, you keep everything and it keeps working.
What happens after the 30-day handover?
The agent keeps running. It lives in your accounts, so nothing stops when the handover ends. Ongoing model and tool costs are billed by the providers directly to you and are typically modest. If you want us on call for changes and improvements, we offer an optional support arrangement with no lock-in. Plenty of clients just call when they need us.

The admin will still be there in September. This offer won’t be.

$2,500 ex GST with two capacities included runs for July and August only, and the four slots go to whoever moves first. Reserve your slot now, or ask Andy anything before you commit. Either way, within a week you will know exactly what your agent does, and within about 30 days it is doing it while you get on with the work only you can do.
